Returns/Return Policy/Return or Exchange
今回は、前回の続き、商品の返品・交換に関する表現で、返品・交換の条件です。
All returned products must be in the original
condition in which they were received, as well
as in their original packaging.
（すべての返品は、お手元に届いたのと同じ状態で、梱包状態も同じでなければなりません）
We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened
products. Only unopened product will be accepted
for refunds.
遺憾ながら開封後の返品は受け付けられません。未開封の商品を返品いただいた場合のみ返金いたします。
We are unable to accept the return of opened software,
CDs, music or videotapes but will be happy to
exchange them for the same title.
（開封したソフトウエア、ＣＤ、音楽製品、ビデオテープについては返品は受けられませんが、同じタイトルの商品でしたら、交換いたします）
Under no circumstances can we accept returns of
the following items:
（下記の商品の返品はいかなる場合も受け付けられません）
Please do not return any products without first
contacting us at return@abc.com. We may
not be able to refund for unauthorized returned
items.
（返品を希望される場合は、まずreturn@abc.com.まで連絡してください。承認されていない商品の返品に対して返金はできない場合があります）
