Returns/Return Policy/Return or Exchange
返品の際は、出荷表の裏に必要事項を記入したり、返品承認番号を取得したりして返品するという形が多いのですが、海外配送の場合はまず顧客サービスに連絡するというところが多いようです。
If for any reason you would like to return all
or part of your order, please complete our Return
Request Form. We will immediately process your
request and respond to your request.
（理由に拘わらずご注文いただいた商品の全部または一部を返品されたい場合は、「返品依頼フォーム」にご記入ください。直ちに処理し、ご要望にお応えします）

fax at +81-3-1234-5678.
（商品を返品する場合は、メールでservice@abc.com、またはファクスで+81-3-1234-5678までご連絡ください）
To make a return item, please fill out an International
Return Form to receive a return authorization
number(RMA). Please note any returned item not
accompanied by an official RMA number cannot be
accepted.
（返品される場合は、「国際返品フォーム」にご記入のうえ返品承認番号を受け取ってください。正式な返品承認番号のない商品の返品はお受けいたしかねますのでご了承ください）
Please indicate the reason for your return and
whether you would like to exchange the merchandise
or receive a refund.

If you would like to exchange the product for
other merchandise, simply return the item and
place a new order on our site. Once the original
item is returned, you will either receive store
credit or a credit on your credit card in the
amount that you paid.
