商品の配送に関するコーナーには、Shippingのほかに、Shipping
Information, Shipping Options, Shipping Methods,
Billing and Shipping Informationのような名称があります。
とくに海外への配送に関しては、国内の場合とは分けて記載する必要があります。アメリカのサイトでは、海外への発送の場合、受注後、確実な送料をメールで連絡するというサイトが多く見られます。商品の重量や相手国によって送料が変わってくるからです。なかには、海外への発送は一律に固定送料を課しているところもあります。
商品によっては、輸入した際に関税がかかる可能性がありますが、その支払いも購入者の責任である旨、明記しておいたほうがよいでしょう。
ちなみに、海外に発送する場合には原則的に輸出免税扱いとなり、消費税は課しません。消費税は、国内での消費にのみかかります。ただし、詳細は管内の税務署で確かめることをお勧めします。
