顧客に賞賛の言葉やコメントを催促するには、下記のようなメールを送るとよいでしょう。

Dear Diana: I'd like to ask a favor of you. We're in the process of listing client testimonials on our website. Would you please take a few minutes to give me your opinion of our product?
